On Wednesday night the BQYC fleet will be out racing
in the Fleet Captain Series. The race is a white sail
only starting at 18:00. All EYC registrants are invited
to come out and test the winds of the Bay of Quinte.
You will be able to finalize your registration between
16:00 – 21:00 at the clubhouse. The Long Reach
Bar will be open and we will be throwing some burgers
on the grill! Don’t forget to order your bagged
lunches for the event!
Big day planned… From 7:30 – 9:00 there
will be a fabulous breakfast buffet, bagged lunch pickup
and late registration. At 9:00 we will be having a quick
Skipper’s Meeting to go over the West
Marine Distance Race and then we will
see you at 11:00 for the start of the race.
After the racing The
Molson Steak & Suds night begins…
sizzling grills, great Gilmour’s steaks &
cold beers with No Witness hitting the stage at 20:00
for the evening!
Friday morning West Marine
Course Racing sees you at the club for
breakfast and the Skipper’s Meeting. Don’t
forget to pickup your bagged lunches… Start at
11:00 in Big Bay!
Bring out those wild shirts … its Mount
Gay Caribbean Night! A Caribbean inspired
dinner will be available and Amazing
Music will be playing some tropical
beats for the evening!
Saturday Morning… See you on the water at 11:00
for the last day of West
Marine Course Racing! Don’t forget
the club for breakfast and bagged lunch pickup. Awards
presentation will follow back at the clubhouse…
Complimentary light meal will be available…
All are welcome to stay over… Check your regatta
program for some good local restaurants and pubs to
entertain you! The Long Reach Bar will also be open
if you just want to unwind at the club!
